Stefanos Panayiotou is a former collegiate baseball player who transitioned into the legal and nonprofit space, primarily concentrating on high growth entrepreneurship, business development, and nonprofit formation.

He has previously worked for Business Law Corps, a nonprofit legal assistance firm that assisted low income entrepreneurs with early stage startups, where he set legal structure, business formation, fundraising and tax strategies, etc. Stefan later went on to work for JTM Tech Law, a tech law firm based out of Malibu, CA, where he worked with artists, sports agencies, creatives, and technology companies in cryptocurrency and NFT space.

At Panayiotou Law, Stefan primarily focuses on high growth business law and develppment, media and production law, nonprofit formation and development, as well as other practice areas.  He is also a co-founder and Executive Director of Anchor International, a California nonprofit corporation, which serves to incubate global crisis and humanitarian nonprofits.
